How I use your details
Last updated: October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the information you share when you book a free call or enquire through this website. In short: I use it only to arrange your call and talk to you about working together, and I never sell it.
Who I am
This website is run by Emal Rasoul, trading as Club Growth Consulting, based in London. I'm responsible for your information (the "data controller").
What I collect
- Details you give me: your name, your club or gym, email address, phone number, town or city, membership size, the areas you'd like help with, anything you write in the message box, and the call time you choose.
- Anonymous interest counts: when someone clicks a "Talk to me about…" button, I count which service was clicked. This isn't linked to you unless you go on to send the form, in which case your enquiry notes which services you looked at.
Why I use it
- To book, prepare for and hold your free call.
- To follow up about the services you asked about and, if you'd like, send you a proposal.
- If you become a client, to deliver the work we agree.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where you ask for a proposal, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing without asking first.
Who can see it
Only me. Your details are stored securely in my client records, hosted by Railway (my website host). If you book a call, the booking also appears in my private calendar, and a monthly backup of my client records is kept in my private email account. I don't sell or share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
If we don't go on to work together, I delete your details within two years of our last contact. If you become a client, I keep records for as long as needed to do the work and meet my legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for my own private admin area, which visitors never receive.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do so, reply to any email you've received from me, or send a message through the booking form saying what you'd like. I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
